Shipping, Delivery and Returns

MedFillers Plus carry a large stock of the most popular aesthetic products in our warehouse and we are therefore in a position to service and ship your order as soon as possible.

  • Orders placed between 9AM – 5PM EST will be shipped the following working day.
  • Orders placed on Friday between 9AM – 5PM EST will be shipped the first coming Monday.

BACK ORDERS

In the unlikely event that we do not have all the products from your order in stock we either ship what we have in stock immediately. The remaining products will normally be shipped within 3-6 working days.

COURIER, TRACKING NUMBER & DELIVERY TIME

The same day as your order is shipped you will receive a shipment email with tracking number enabling you to follow your order from it is picked up from the warehouse until it arrives at your desired shipping destination.

Please note, that we provide tracking number at customer’s request when order is placed

All orders are shipped with internationally acknowledged courier companies, with Express service and all packages need to be signed for. You will receive your consignment within 3-7 days from the day of shipping.

Shipping cost is applied or waived depending on the amount and types of the products you order. The shipping cost is calculated according to the rates set by the courier companies, which are based on package size, weight and service used.

MedFillers Plus will not at any stage withdraw payment for any goods until the very day the goods are shipping from our warehouse to you.

MedFillers Plus is not responsible for errors in delivery where the delivery address provided by the customer is wrong or where the customer has made changes during its transit.

Please note, that shipping delays may occur due to any force majeure circumstances such as war, strike, riot, crime or weather conditions.

LOST PARCELS & DELAYED SHIPMENTS

All orders will be shipped via Express Mail. The delivery time is between 3-7 working days and we provide our customers with a tracking number upon request.

MedFillers Plus is keeping track of the packages and the package is considered delivered only after customer’s confirmation.

MedFillers Plus is not responsible for errors in delivery where the delivery address provided by the customer is wrong or where the customer has made changes during its transit.

Please note, that shipping delays may occur due to any force majeure circumstances such as war, strike, riot, crime or weather conditions.

If your package did not reach you for any reason, first we are trying to find it and solve the issue, and if there is no exact delivery date we send you a replacement of that specific package only with condition that the customer is willing to pay for both the replacement and the delayed package, if it is being delivered later.

PACKAGES WHICH HAVE BEEN SUSPENDED IN CUSTOM DUTIES

Please note it is the responsibility of the importer (Customer) to know the rules and regulations of a country. If a package is stopped in customs we advise you to contact your local customs office and either try to have the package released or reject it and have it resend to us. Once we receive the returned package we will either resend the package or refund the amount of the products.

RETURN POLICY

MedFillers Plus accepts any products returned within 8 working days notification from receipt of the product as long as the reason falls under one of the following conditions:

  • The product contains manufacturing defects
  • The product was wrong received
  • The product was damaged upon arrival

In the event that any of the above conditions apply; please contact us by email or phone indicated on this site and we will solve the issue and arrange pickup of the goods for return.

In case of returned goods you will be offered either replacement of goods or a 100% refund of the products returned. Your refund will be processed via the same method of payment originally used for the purchase.

No returns will be accepted after 8 days.

Until you have received return instructions from us please hold the products according to manufacturer's temperature and storage condition.

REFUND

Your refund will be issued to the original credit card used to place the order. Shipping costs are not refunded. Please note that refunds can take up to 29 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Contact your bank if you need to speed up the process.
